End (My thoughts)

This book was pretty interesting, there were alot of kool ideas. Some parts of the book were boring to me, but over it was good. I didn't like the ending to much either, I wanted Mr.Loomis to die. I also wish I knew what happend to Anne. I also would have liked if I knew more about Mr.Loomis' background. Overall the book made me think about concepts I had never thought about before, and was a good read,

Z for Zachariah Chapter 26

The book didnt really end like I wanted it to. Even though Anne survived (which is good), I wish she killed Mr.Loomis. He just made me so mad with the stuff he did. I guess he will die eventualy though, he is alone now and still isn't fully recovered. I wonder what will happen to Anne. Where will she go? Will she find any other survivers?

Z for Zachariah Chapter 25

I'm glad Anne out smarted Mr.Loomis. Although I found it kind of stupid how she did. He is way older, and studied nuclear stuff, and went to university. I guess it's a side effect of the radiation, or that he is a crazy old man. I am leaning toward the later.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 24

I was really sad when Faro died. Although I guess its better that Anne didnt have to kill him. When I think about it, Mr.Loomis actualy killed Faro, by using him to find Anne. If anyone did that to my dog I couldn't even think of what I would do to them.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 23

Mr.Loomis is proving himself to be even smarter then I suspected. I think he can outwit Anne. I don't see what she can do, other then kill him like I said many times. I don't see why she doesn;t do it. When I think about it I get knd of angry. I mean he shot at her and is boxing her in, I would kill him.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 22

Mr.Loomis has Anne backed into a corner, practicaly literaly. Mr.Loomis has a gun so Anne has to be very careful. I think she will have to kill him. Or maybe shoot his leg so he cant move.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 21

Mr.Loomis shot at Anne! What an idiot, she was trying to be nice with him. I don't see what his motives were. What was going through his head? "Hmmm lets kill the only other person alive." Yeah good idea idiot.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 20

I was right, Mr.Loomis is using Faro. I don't know what Anne could do other then killnig Faro. I could never even imagine killing my dog. I think Mr.Loomis is slightly insane.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 19

I'm worried about Faro. I think he will show Mr.Loomis where Anne is. Mr.Loomis isn't stupid, he can use Faro to track Anne down. The only thing on Anne's side right now is that Mr.Loomis isnt fully recovered. As well as Mr.Loomis not knowing where the cave is.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 18

WOW! I can't beleive Mr.Loomis tried to rape Anne what a bad person. I was right about him. I;m glad Anne got away from that creepy old man. But if I was her I would have ran for the house and got a gun to kill him.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 17

As I said in my last post, Mr.Loomis seems to becoming more controlling. Im also noticing he is being very ungrateful to Anne. It's bad that he has to be the only person alive, aside from Anne. If only Anne could be alive with a nice person, who was appreiciative and helpful.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 16

Im finding that as Mr.Loomis starts to get better he becomes more controlling and angry. I think Anne is going to have to go to the cave very soon. Why is Mr.Loomis trying to make Anne do so much. I realize he is still recovering but he can try and help out more if he wants more done.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 15

Im surprised that Mr.Loomis is recovering this fast. He is walking already, Anne must be releived. Soon he can help with chores, even now he could help cook. Anne should set up chairs around the kitchen and he can just move from chair to chair cooking. I hope Anne can get the books, it would be nice to read about other places for her.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 14

What a bad time to have a birthday for Anne. She can't even celebrate with her friends. On top of that she has to keep caring for Mr.Loomis. I couldn't imagine a birthday without my friends or family, but at least she had cake.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 13

It seems Mr.Loomis is getting better. I wonder if he will ever get back to his full health. I would imagine something like radiation poisoning on that high of a level would leave a lasting mark. It's good that Anne can make more foods now. I think Mr.Loomis would like a very extravagent dinner when he is fully recovered.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 12

I think Ann should try and change out Mr.Loomis routine. For example maybe surprise him with a nice new dinner or desert when he wakes up. There is alot of questions I want answered, like is there anyone else who survived the radiation? If so, how and where. But the book keeps talking about Mr.Loomis being sick. I hope in the upcomming chapters it gets more interesting.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 11

I wonder what will happen when Mr.Loomis gets better. Last chapter he really freaked out, and I think when he is better he will still freak out alot. I bet Ann is really confused and scared about what will happen. Also I wonder if she is wondering who Edward is? Will Ann tell Mr.Loomis about the cave any time soon? I don't think she should, just incase she needs to hide for an emergency reason.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 10

It must have been very scary for Ann when Mr.Loomis had the nightmarre. I would have been scared. I don't think Ann should leave the house anymore. Mr.Loomis got really freaked out at her, she should just be there with him the whole time incase of another nightmarre. Ann should put the guns in a spot Mr.Loomis cant find or get to.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 9

It's good that Ann can use gas now. I like how the book is slowly showing the Ann how to cope with what has happend. I wonder what type of personality Mr. Loomis is doing, I hope he turns out being nice, and not a creepy old man. I think Anne should start cultivating the land more, because their food wont last forever. Eventualy the store will run out, and what then?

Z for Zachariah Chapter 8

I don't like salad, excep for ceasar. I like dogs, I have a dog right now, she is fun to play with. Rabbits are nice. She is finding alot of good food ideas. I wonder how old Mr.Loomis is, he must be around forty. Ann is very optomistic. A dam to make electricity is a very good idea, and would be helpful. I can't beleive they're going to fish, it's boring and fish tastes bad. Are Ann and Mr. Loomis going to get married? I think it would be weird if they did, because of the age difference.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 7

I don't like vegetables, but ceasar salad is good. Why doesn't Ann use a tractor or a farming tool to make a garden? How is Mr.Loomis out of bed? I like watching the fire. I think Mr.Loomis likes the piano, I personnaly don't fancy it. I do play the guitar though. Mr.Loomis seems like he has a weird and bad dreams of the past. I want the know who Edward is very badly.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 6

Mr. Loomis is getting better. Why wouldn't she take baths? They feel very nice. I think Mr. Loomis has a dark secret. Reading about the food makes me hungry. Mr. Loomis is very smart, but his job sounds confusing and kind of boring. What did Professor Kylmer win a Nobel Prize for? What did Mr. Loomis do for three months underground? I would be so bored. I also think the food would be bad.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 5

I can't beleive the man is really sick. I thought it was only if he drank the contaminated water he would get sick. The girl isnt very smart for her age. I like chicken noodle soup. I havnt had it in a long time, I don't know why. Wouldn't burden creak infect alot more surrounding land? What will happen when the man enters stage two of the radiation sickness.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 4

The man is probibly faking his sickness, he must know that the dog knows someone of out in the woods. Will the girl go out and try and help the man? I think faro will betray the girl's position. If I was the girl I'd shoot the ground outside the man's tent to see if he came out, then proceed to interogate him. I wonder if the man will end up being nice.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 3

Is the man part of the military? I would be very hungry if I had to live in a radiation suit. What happend to David's dog? A carbine is a good rifle. Why would the man waste bullets on a chicken, when he could go up and stomp on it? I hope the man didnt drink any of the bad water. I'd carry a gun in my hand at all times if I was the man.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 2

I would be scared if I was all alone. I wonder who the man is? How does the girl not know the man has a hazmat suit on? It would be cool to have a rifle. I would use the deer hunting rifle instead of the .22 rifle. Will she confront the man? Where does the man come from? if I was the girl I would mug the man for his stuff.

Z for Zachariah Chapter 1

If I was the only person alive in the world I would be so shocked abd sad. I would be lazy, I would be with my dog at all times. The first thing I would do is look for others, and fubd a gun, and food. I would try and find out how everyone died next. I would next get in a car and teach myself to drive, in case I needed to escape.
